New Post: Composite C1 4.3.5555 on azure

I am brand new with composite c1. I installed the azure composite package which seems to install 4.3.5555. I am trying to create a brand new html5 page:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
    <title>my title</title>
</head>
<body>test
</body>
</html>

That is valid html5 but composite reports an error in the event log:
