It has been online for some weeks now - you should see it in "Available Packages, Composite.Updates"

The updates to previous versions (4.x) were available at the specified location. Currently the packages Composite.Updates.Composite42Update1PatchForSelectors and Composite.Updates.FunctionPreviewFix are available only.

Could you assist me? I have sent our Installation ID via PM.
