New Post: Upload Templates

In the Artisteer Templates document step 2 item 4 reads"Under Website Templates, create a C1 template" where is this done? Also when unzipping a template step 3 item2 states"When exported as “HTML Page”, the Artisteer template has the following structure:◦style.css, style.ie6.css, style.ie7.css
◦script.js
◦page.html
◦images/."
All I get is xml and image files. Is this documentation outdated? Is there any other documentation for using C1?
