How can we change the format that dates are displayed within the site? Despite having US English as the only installed language, and US English being set in the Regional Settings, all the dates are displayed as dd-MMM-yy. Personally I don't mind this format, but it's definitely not the customary format used in the US; so, it's an issue for our end users. I've run out of ideas and places to look to modify this.
