Commented Issue: Getting Error while running setup [1595]

Hi,

I have Windows 7 (32 bit) system. I had downloaded 'Composite C1' setup from "http://docs.composite.net/Getting-started/Download" path. When I am running the exe ,it is throwing error as "system is failed to install web Platform Installer. Click OK to use browser to download installer"

Can you please let me know why I am getting this error ?

Exe is still throwing error. So,I have downloaded the "Composite C1 3.2 application (IIS & Visual Studio 2010)". Made suggested chagnes and run the apps. But I can not solve the "Outbound http/soap connection" issue. I came to know that setup is trying to access "https://package.composite.net". I am able to access this via browser but not via setup. I done the suggested proxy settings. Still I am facing the issue .
Is there any other work around?
