New Post: Image height and width validation for global datatype

i really appropriated for quick reply, resizing option is very good feature to show in website based on design, but in my case,user must have to upload/add image based on image validation's size(300/450). other wise it should not allow to upload.
I hope i need to create customize image selector widget. could you please post script for widget related my senario,i'm very new for widget. i will be great help from you.
