Yes, the ILocking and IFlow I copied just out of frustration, seeing as I wasn't able to solve my issue.

The ~/App_Data/PageTemplates are copied and checked that are visible.

The IPage data looks correct, yep the IXMLPageTemplate has all the right IDs too.
