Commented Issue: Range attribute on DataFolderElements does not work correctly [1736]

Can't reproduce it on 4.0+

Try these steps:

1. Install the package attached.
2. In Data, expand 'People' and then a group.
3. Check for the names that ends with an ending letter in a range.
