New Post: Block Selector - No longer visible/accessible

I'm editing some content today and have noticed that the Block Selector dropdown is no longer visible - only the Style and Paragraph dropdowns.

I exited C1, stopped/started the site - but this did not help.

Might I have inadvertently disabled this or is it only shown under certain circumstances?

Might this be a bug in C1?
