Created Unassigned: Open Cph Starter Site [1700]

Hi,

I want to customize the FrontEnd of my Composite C1.
I have read that I need to select Open Cph Starter Site in the initial setup wizard of Composite C1.
Composite CMS that Web Matrix 3 and WPI (Web Platform Installer) deploys does not have the option Open Cph Starter Site.
Any idea to obtain this option?
There is any option to download Composite C1?
