And I received the following message: The application is offline
Deployed locally I am able to remove the app_offline.htm file located in App_Data\Composite, but how about in Azure deployments?
I have followed exactly the walkthrough and it doesn't tells nothing about it
Any idea?

When you see the instance in Windows Azure Management Console as started after the deployment, the C1 website might be still deploying. On slower location, it might even take a while.
Until the C1 Azure bits finish the actual website deployment, your website will be unavailable and normally you get "The application is offline".
Please give it a time to finish and check again.
Or better, use [Azure Log Viewer](http://docs.composite.net/WindowsAzure/Azure-Log-Viewer) to monitor the deployment. You signal log message would be: "Done synchronizing the website ... (00)"
If you deployed the website with Remote Access on (http://docs.composite.net/WindowsAzure/Configuration/Before-Deployment/Advanced-Configuration/Remote-Desktop), you can remote-access the instance and delete that file "locally"
Or you can try and redeploy the website (http://docs.composite.net/WindowsAzure/Setup/Redeployment)
