Thanks for your patience - we had some foobar with v3.2 vs. v.4.0 localization files we needed to iron out.
Btw we have been using this for quite some time to publish our docs, users and community sites to instances across Asia, US and Europe and combined with the Azure Traffic Manager this is quite a sweet tool.
