On two different V4 Beta1 sites that were upgraded to Beta3 via installation of the package - (UpgradePackage_4.0.4849.17239_CodeplexBuild_20130411.1), I can no longer save any edited page templates (master pages) from within the console. The save button will not enable after beginning edits.
