New Post: "Click to see more" element trees

Hi all;

Does anyone know if it is possible to make an Element Tree have a "click to see more" behaviour within a "folder" level. I am creating a tree that could have thousands of elements, but instead of bombarding the user's DOM with all the elements at once I was hoping there was already a solution available to this sort of problem?
