Now possible to delete/not-copy the /Composite folder on a deployment. Allow for a smaller footprint (30 MB saved) and disabling editing.

Changes made to CSS/LESS files which influence styling in Visual Editor now force client to reload styles. I.e. style changes are visible on next edit, no more need to F5 og flush cache.
Fix to XmlDataProvider IO detachment. Background thread will now yield when saving is already under way.
