New Post: Duplicated Sites Linked

I have copied a site and everything "looks" OK but they seem to be linked somehow.
I copied the files, created it within IIS through applicationhost.config.

So what is happening is that I have www.site1.com that I copied to www.site2.com and when editing either site the path is still www.site1.com/composite or www.site2.com/composite, but when I make an edit to either it shows on both.
