Commented Unassigned: RenderList Open links has invalid url [2132]

When I use a RenderList with an Open and Download button, the Open leads to an invalid URL.
e.g.: http://website/page(0af3bf9d-167f-4ffd-803a-7137b47ee5ba)?ContentItem=8046c16f-1ae5-4697-977f-790f9b047cf7

How can this be solved?

I experienced the same.
For testing purposes we gave an extra comment....
