Yes, it's clickable and it does take you to the home page of your website. -
So, in order to change that "text" you have to do something about this png file:
Like creating your headerlogo.png with whatever text you need and replace the headerlogo.png on the website with .png with yours
or uploading your company's logo (not necessarily text but some fance image) to the website and changing the path to the file accordingly.
