@Telmo, have you tried getting your "feet wet" in Composite C1? Perhaps this makes more sense, as you then have a good feeling for what you can do.

Multiple sites (top domain). Can i manage multi-tenant sites with content sharing, being that these tenant sites will each have their own top domain? This would be the road map to config only new site deployment.You can host multiple sites with unique domains in C1, yes. Perhaps http://www.composite.net/Products/Add-ons/All/Composite.Tools.SubsiteManager is relevant here if you are going for having multiple tenants.
