New Post: Composite C1 from external sites

I'm not completely following you here, I thought C1 was a service with its own server that I would have to communicate with.

By installation, do you mean that after the install, the part of C1 I use can run on the same server as my MVC?
Or would this only be possible if I run my MVC on Composite itself? Because right now, C1 serves as a picture deposit, but not the host of my site.
