Created Unassigned: Composite.Tools.LegacyUrlHandler FixBrokenLink.aspx application error [2091]

After installing Composite.Tools.LegacyUrlHandler v1.0.18 in C1 v4.2.u1, the FixBrokenLink.aspx page isn't loading.

In the Content perspective, when I right-click on a link to fix it, I get the following error:

Occasionally, restating the server will get the page to load, but most of the time it doesn't.
