New Post: NullReferenceException for XML template page

Hi @napernik,
DefaultLocalizationCulture is read-only and DataLocalizationFacade.ActiveLocalizationCultures has [0] cultures.
Is this a bug? Am I the only one who encountered this?
This is 4.2 Update 1 version. Do you think it is better to rollback to 4.2 for now?
