Is there any User Rating feature available in Composite c1?
Requirement:
We need to assign or remove points to registered users according to some of its actions and activities on our website. Also need medal and rank feature.

No such feature exist currently - the closest is [Composite.Community.Raty](http://docs.composite.net/Composite.Community.Raty), but that is a far cry from what you are looking for. I have marked this as a feature request so people looking for similar functionality can upvote it.
