New Post: Distributed Function (razor) Start Page not working

I am using v4.2 beta 3 and trying to use the distributed function to list the child pages below a specific page.

Here is a example page layout
Home

• Parent Page 1
  • Child page 1
  • Child Page 2
  • Child Page 3
• Parent Page 2
• Parent Page 3
  

I am wanting it to just list out the pages below "Parent Page 1"

The parameters I have set are:
Level = 1
Parent Page = False
Child Pages = False
Expand All = False
Start Page = Parent Page 1

I have used this with other sites using v4.0 with the XML version of distributed and it works fine.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
