The actions have been attached to 'basic rights' like 'add' and 'edit' - and not 'administrator' which could make sense. I've talked to clients where normal editors need that current behavior, so we can't simply change the permissions required in the next release either. I was wondering if a new 'super user' permission could make sense here, being intended for the more techie actions that do not involve security which would stay with 'administrator'.
