New Post: Alter Page Context Menu

I'd like to stay away from modifying the source since it'll become a maintenance nightmare when i try to upgrade, etc.

Is there any other way to achieve the desired result? I don't have to remove them if no Data Folders or Metadata Fields were shown. Is there a way to change what's displayed via permissions which don't seem to be respected?

Even being able to show a warning when clicked on would be good enough. Just something to stop them from digging any deeper.
