Thanks wysocki for your kind help.
Finally the problem has been resolved.
As I'm using a windows 2008 R2 server (with IIS 7.5) the account was the IIS AppPool\DefaultPoolIdentity and, as I was unable to see this kind of account in the ACL list when I show the folder list permissions I couldn't solve this.
So, it was solved adding Change permissions to this account.
I'm not sure, but for security and test reasons I've also created new accounts for different AppPools, for example: _site1Account_, and the site1AppPool is running with this identity. Then, I've gave Change permissions to the whole directory under the composite is running and everithing was fine!
Thanks again for all!
