New Post: Alter Page Context Menu

I would like to hide the following page context menu options:

"Edit Metadata Field"
"Add Datafolder"
"Add Metadata Field"
"Remove Metadata Field"

As they are confusing my users -- is this possible? For some reason Add/Remove Application is already hidden (i don't think i did anything to achieve that).

Does it involve create a tree definition or is there a simple way?
