New Post: Why is Composite.Web.Css.Less unavailable via Packages?

Hello,

Based on http://www.composite.net/Add-on-Market/Packages/Composite.Web.Css.Less i should be able to install the package but when i go to Packages-->Composite.Web i don't see it there. Is there a reason for this? I'm on Composite 4.1

I see the Sass package and others but not the less one.
