Repro:
1) Edit a function (C# inline) under the Function perspective
2) Switch to the System perspective and edit some file under "/". I used a tree definition.
3) In the editor for the website file, use the mouse to select an area and let the selection stay.
4) Switch back the the Functions perspective and use the mouse to click once on the code.
5) Try to move the cursor with the arrows keys.
!) Nothing happens
