Created Unassigned: Trying to have a test site auto redirects to production [1853]

Morning.

We're trying to setup a test environment for our site on Azure. But when we try to access the site it auto directs to our current live site.

I've even tried to run a backup of it locally through webmatrix, however the same thing happens.

Only firefox shows a version of the site but it has no themeing.

I've looked in the web.config and there are some redirects there but none have our live site url in it. Also, commenting the rules out makes no difference what so ever.

My question is how do I create a test site on a test url that works ?

Is there some file in composite that may contain a auto redirect?
