Commented Issue: TAB order break in certain situations [1840]

TAB order seem to break when a document is posted back to the server.

Repro:

1. Edit a page and go to 'Settings' tab. Notice that TAB order works just fine.
2. Do a post back (like saving the page or invoking the calendar)
3. Retry the TAB order test

Expected: TAB works as expected
Actual: TAB seem to have an issue with moving to select boxes now.
