When the tree view is expanded to a length where a scroll bar appear there a situations where right-clicking an element will make the tree scroll a bit. This is fairly confusing.
Repro:
1) Go to the System perspective and expand enough package related foldert to provoke a scroll bar.
2) Also expand the / node
3) Go to "Users and permissions" and open up all sub folders
4) Now use the scroll back so "Users and Permissions" and 3 nodes below it is visible at the bottom
5) Now right click those nodes from the buttom up
Expected the tree does not scroll while invoking context menu
Actual: the active node gets pushed to the bottom of the window (the tree scroll)
