New Post: Web Service Error in Composite

I moved a backup of the site from 5 days ago into a sandbox (sandbox.domainname.com) and did not get the error when logging into the sandbox. So i moved all the files from the DataStores folder into the sandbox and it is working fine. I also moved all the media files from the live site to the sandbox and it is working fine. So I am not sure where the error is or what caused it but I have the site working now.

Also this site is running 4.0.
