Composite C1 3.2 patch 3, runing on win8 + vs2012.
Works perfect for a some time.
Now, at all installed copies (have a clean demo website, even there) in all browsers (FF, Chrome, IE) I can't edit function properties.
Similar problem in FF (chrome is ok) - content editor must have layout change list on the right panel. So, at the begining it was actualy, but now, as you can see in attached screens, it isn't.
