New Post: Select Page Dialog not scrollable

I am running Composite 4.0, which I have updated from previous versions.

In the backend, when I edit data for a global datatype with a page data reference field, a Page Selector Dialog opens.

However, I am unable to select pages which are "at the bottom" because there is no scroll bar and the dialog is not resizable.

Is this a common bug or was there some problem with my version upgrade and I am simply missing files.

I tried Chrome and Firefox.
