New Post: Problem to uninstall Blog Module

Hello,

I want the blog module in my site to uninstall. After that I want to Upgrade to the newer version (I need the Gobal Tag function).

However, when I look at the available packages, the bog package is still available in the list.
This is despite the fact that I use the module in my site. Reinstalling is not possible because certain files are already present. I can not uninstall the module.

Is there a way to upgrade the blog module
